Senior Manager, Product Management

We areseeking a Senior Product Manager to join the Appliance Product Management team. This role will report to the Sr. Director ofPod Product Management.
SUPERVISORYRESPONSIBILITIES:
Candidate will beexpected to lead cross functional teams through a range of New Pod ProductDevelopment, Market Research, and Sustaining Product Management activities
Currently the roledoes not include any direct reports
ESSENTIAL DUTIES ANDRESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsiblefor developing and executing product initiatives that support the broader shortterm and long term objectives of the company.
Leadscross-functional and project teams to deliver strategic recommendations for podproducts. Maintains Keurig brand integrity across product line.
Ensuresproduct projects deliver against goals.
Participatesin key sales and marketing presentations.
Leveragesanalysis of market information, projections, and other meaningful data andunderstand and lead forecasts on market evolution and company products.
Providesshort term and long term strategic direction.
Responsiblefor analyzing market data, consumer insights, product performance, and makingstrategic recommendation about product and product line plans.
Executesproduct initiatives that support the broader short term and long termobjectives of the company.
Developsproduct requirements and creative briefs to drive product developmentactivities.
Leadcross functional team through Stage Gate process to develop new products.
Partners with Consumer Insights team in development of research that informs productstrategy.
Managecontinuous improvement of product line to meet emerging consumer needs andoptimize business performance
Trackprojects against set objectives, analyze and evaluate success of the projects,and pursue path to optimization.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor'sDegree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Engineering and/or related fieldrequired, MBA preferred
>10 years of total professional experience, > 5 years in a similar rolepreferred
Creativemindset and passion for product marketing and consumer packaged goods
Positiveattitude and professional demeanor
Excellentcommunication skills, written and oral, with all levels of the organization andexternally with partners
Extraordinaryorganizational skills and attention to detail; able to shift priorities quicklyand remain calm and focused under pressure; able to manage multipleprojects/requests and meet deadlines.
Exercisesgood judgment; understands when to involve others in the decision-makingprocess.
Abilityto work well independently and with a team.
Experiencewith product management, new product development, and product line management.

PHYSICALREQUIREMENTS/WORKING CONDITIONS:
Predominatelysedentary light office position with high frequency of keyboarding/computerwork required (67% - 100% of the workday).

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
