The Senior Manager of Velocity Services, Americas based out of our Burlington, MA office manages a team of implementation consultants who work directly with customers to drive onboarding, deliver best-practices and influence retention. In this consultative role, the leader will work strategically with customers and internal sales to deliver customer outcomes and determine the best approach for leveraging resources to maximize ROI. We are seeking an experienced professional focused on high-velocity onboarding, services up-sell and customer retention.
You will leverage your strong delivery background to ensure you and your team meet onboarding targets, influence customer retention and influence booking targets. Acting as a trusted advisor and coach, you will be responsible to define and deliver business objectives using our solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience optimizing a high-velocity onboarding practice, defining channel offerings, and a passion for customer advocacy.
The successful candidate must have excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Teamwork is key to coordinate customer-focused activities internally across multiple disciplines within the organization. This role requires you to be a self-starter with a strong bias for action. Candidates should have a track record of successfully leading a team that consistently achieves quarterly objectives.
Responsibilities
Maintain onboarding targets per quarterly objectives
Proactively work with sales to manage account risk and influence growth
Provide a path to ensure customers realize maximum value from their investment in Synopsys solutions
Monitor the adoption rates of assigned accounts; understand exactly how customers are
Partner with sales by identifying new business opportunities for expanding Synopsys footprint within the customer base
Develop and maintain strong relationships at all levels within the customer organization
Work closely with product management and customer support teams to resolve customer issues
Provide customer advocacy and continuity throughout the customer life cycle as accounts transition from sales to delivery and support
Education, Qualifications and Experience Required
Bachelors' degree in a related field
7+ years account management experience in the enterprise software space
Experience with the development, execution, and overview of high-velocity onboarding
Experience at the C-Suite level; demonstrated ability to seamlessly participate in discussions with business and technical leadership
Excellent verbal and written communication and in-person and virtual presentation skills
Ability to work independently and to collaborate effectively across functions
Experience in commercial contract negotiations
Experience managing teams of at least 8 people
Willingness to travel as need

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
