Document Processing (Scanning, Indexing, Data Entry) Team Lead

We are looking for a full time person in our Document Processing Center in Sudbury MA. The individual in this position will perform a number of duties that include document prep, scanning, indexing and providing quality assurance processes to ensure client needs are being met. This person will also act as a team lead and assist in billings, training other employees, answering questions, documenting processes and other similar tasks to assist the department manager.
Duties Include But Are Not Limited To
o Inventory boxes received to prepare intake manifests.
o Prepare documents prior to scanning (removing staples, taping up tears, inserting separator sheets, etc.)
o Verify documents scanned are correct and legible.
o Ensure each scanned document is associated to the appropriate document type.
o Indexing of scanned documents based on client or project requirements.
o Assists in preparing billings reports for work.
o Assist or prepare packages for delivery of records back to clients.
o Creates, update and maintains procedure documentation.
This position requires:
o Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize work in order to meet deadlines.
o Ability to communicate proactively and concisely with coworkers and customers.
o Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications and general computer usage.
o Strong data entry skills.
This is a full time position with the hours of 8:00a-4:30p Monday through Friday.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
