Solutions Engineer III (Technical Project Manager)

A Solutions Engineer III works as part of, or leads, a team to complete the identification of business, technical and analytical requirements on a variety of projects and then manage the implementation of the web-based solution. He/She relies on in depth experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals efficiently and on time. He/She performs a variety of project related tasks including documenting requirements, maintaining project documentation and the installation and configuration of ScerIS and Microsoft software. He/She interacts with customers on a regular basis with limited to no supervision and is able to solve the majority of customer issues without additional assistance. Mentoring, training and assisting other Solutions Engineers is also a primary responsibility of this position.
This is a technical project manager position that will leverage knowledge / experience with MS-SQL, MS-Server and managing the deployment of web applications.
Key Responsibilities
Leads the identification of business and technical needs for assigned projects
Maintains specifications, configuration documentation and other project documentation
Oversees the installation and configuration of ScerIS software, providing assistance and troubleshooting when required.
Leads project calls with customers and is able to act as a subject matter expert on ScerIS solutions
Works with our Software Development group to resolve defects in our software, as well as, provide details on features requested by our clients
Provide advance troubleshooting skills in order to resolve customer issues and answer their questions when they cannot be resolved by first line resources
Assists Sales with designing demos and acting as a subject matter expert on sales call
Desired Skills and Experience
Bachelor's degree in a technology or business related field
Proficient with Microsoft Office Professional (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, Outlook), Microsoft Project and Microsoft Visio
At least 3 years' experience with Microsoft Server Operating Systems including installation, permissions, local/domain/group security policies, IIS and ODBC data sources
At least 3 years' experience with Microsoft SQL Server including installation, security, database management, SQL Server Configuration Manager, linked servers, stored procedures, advanced queries, SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) and SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS)
At least 2 years' experience with HTML, CSS and JavaScript
Compensation
Salary commensurate with experience and qualifications. Benefits include a 401(k) plan, health insurance, dental insurance, life insurance, STD/LTD, 125 Plan, tuition reimbursement, paid time off and a generous vacation plan.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
