Located in Metrowest, you will be handling all aspects of litigated matters, including drafting and responding to pleadings, conducting depositions, attending mediations and conciliations, drafting motions, providing analysis and strategic recommendations to clients, preparing cases for trial, and more.
You will both work with the principal on the most significant matters in the firm, as well as be expected to perform independently and manage your caseload efficiently.
Must have excellent writing and verbal skills, as well as facility with Microsoft Word and Outlook.
Prior experience in the civil litigation arena and New Hampshire licensing strongly preferred.
Salary is negotiable depending on role (lowest tier would be $90k for full time role).

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
