Responsibilities:
? Identify and execute new business opportunities, create target hot lists & leads, and consistently connect with prospects ? Cold calls, email, social sites, networking, collaborating and interfacing within many levels of organizations with key contact/ players ? Meet, exceed, and fulfill client needs and requests-- performance standards in accordance with goals, objectives and metrics for the role ? Establish, maintain, and retain client loyalty-earn credibility and business! ? Knowledge is power! Research market trends and resources--be consummate industry expert ? Generate key new business contacts and opportunities--maximize, capitalize, and follow through ? Approach sales activities with excitement-- suggest and recommend strategic solutions ? Drive and influence decision makers! ? Connect & communicate -ask for business, and deliver! ? Resonate and support GROE values, vision, & mission ? Forge ahead with best business decisions/practices ? Achieve monthly individual and team based targeted goals ? High Volume call responsibility ? Sales trainings--interest and aptitude for advancement, career growth, and challenges !
Qualifications:
? Bachelor's degree preferred, and/or 1 year
professional experience equivalent ? Must be hungry for results, and superior quality service driven! ? Excellent communication, decision- making, negotiating, influencing and closing skills a must! ? Results -oriented, adaptable, enthusiastic, motivated, self starters ! ? Strong CRM and ATS computer skills -- willing to learn new programs and software ? Reliability, flexibility, and commitment to working smart! ? Focused, creative, sales minded individuals who thrive (and enjoy) multi-tasking fast-paced environment! Job Type:
