Our client, now one of the largest privately owned machine tool importers in North America, is seeking a Temp-to-Hire Executive Assistant to the CEO.
The role involves providing comprehensive support to the CEO, Board of Directors, and Executive Team.
Responsibilities include managing complex calendars, serving as a liaison for internal and external matters related to the CEO, coordinating board meetings, overseeing executive travel, and handling various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of the organization.
The ideal candidate should possess significant executive support experience, international business exposure, exceptional organizational skills, and a high level of professionalism and discretion.
This role is fully onsite in Sudbury, MA and can compensate up to $40/hr.
