Review and verify accuracy of invoice terms and client records to ensure accuracy and timeliness of client invoicing and recordkeeping.
Manage client communications regarding billing inquiries, investigating discrepancies, and resolving any billing issues that may arise.
Utilize company's CRM and financial systems to accurately track client billing information and maintain accurate records.
Support the team's collections efforts to facilitate timely payment of invoices.
Work alongside Sales and Operations personnel to gather necessary information for accurate billing.
Assist with month end closing.
Assist production staff with bulk purchases.
