This individual is to collaborate with all manufacturing support functions including quality and process development.
The position must perform a needs assessment to identify training gaps and make recommendations to fix issues.
SUMMARY OF PRIMARY DUTIES AND
Responsibilities:
Gain an in-depth understanding of our catheter manufacturing process, becoming proficient in its execution.
Develop training criteria and delivery methods of training in a standardized format.
Coordinate, schedule, and conduct training for all operators.
Support operators, ensure progress, and coach operators as they develop their skills.
Coordinate and schedule training for new employees.
Evaluate the effectiveness of the training plans and collaborate with cross-functional teams to continuously improve training.
Maintain training record including records, progress notes, plans, and certification records.
Ability to succeed in a variety of environments, including the cleanroom, various computer tasks, and time attending meetings and collaborating with different departments.
Other duties as assigned EXPERIENCE/SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum of 4 years of experience with training in a manufacturing setting.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Excellent communications skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to organize time to successfully manage multiple projects and priorities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
Associate degree preferred or equivalent job experience.
