Supports sales operations by welcoming visitors, answering, and transferring phone calls, cashing out clients and assisting the management team as requested.
Responsibilities:
Answer and direct incoming calls Process payments for customers Accurately record transactions in the dealership management system (DMS) Must be available for weekend shifts Various administrative office tasks as directed Self-starter who works well independently as well as part of a team Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment Ability to multitask Must be available weekends Attention to detail is a must Recommended Skills Administration Attention To Detail Dealership Management Systems Multitasking Sales Operations Self Motivation Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
