Job responsibilities include:
Managing discovery; Drafting pleadings; Reception (including phones); Filing; Closing files; Drafting correspondence; Scheduling; Additional paralegal work; Client intake; Office management.
Qualifications :
Law firm experience; A minimum of an associate's degree; A paralegal certificate and/or family law experience is a plus; Excellent computer skills; proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable learning new software; Organized with excellent time management; Detail-oriented; Personable and sensitive to clients; Flexible; Hard-working; Strong writing, verbal and analytical skills, and Takes initiative.
Salary commensurate with experience.
