Home Care, for our clients in Metro Boston area as well as Merrimack Valley region.
Per-diem hours, weekdays and weekends, morning and afternoon shifts.
Job Summary/
Responsibilities:
Clinical director,Provides professional direct skilled services in clients homes within the scope of nursing practice standards in collaboration with primary care physicians; manages and evaluates clients plans of care, observes and assesses clients condition(s); trains and/or educates clients and their families; other duties as assigned.
Professional skilled nursing is performed under the supervision of the Administrator, Director of Clinical Services or Branch Manager.
Qualifications:
(Preferred unless required by law) 1.
Currently licensed in good standing and registered in Massachusetts.
2.
Minimum of one (1) year of experience as a professional home care nurse.
3.
Effective oral communicator, strong written communication skills, and able to interact with many different individuals in a professional manner.
4.
Familiar with various computer software packages, including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Excel, Email applications, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat, Web-based home health care software (Kinnser and Axxess).
