You will join a team of 27 providers with a rockstar support staff of RN's, MA's (1:
1 ratio to providers), LPN's, and more! This is an outpatient only practice to see all ages (25% peds
75% adults) with only 3 days of phone only call per month.
The ideal candidate is a mission-minded Spanish speaking Family Medicine MD/DO with an active Massachusetts license.
New graduates, practice physicians, and visa candidates are welcome to apply!- 100% outpatient, no OB, no hospital work- Urban patient population- 15-18 ppd- Salaried position based on MGMA 90th percentile- Loan RepaymentIdeally located in west central Massachusetts, the economy is based on mainly healthcare and higher education, and publishing.
Nestled on a river and next to the mountains, there is no shortage of 4-season recreation from skiing, mountain climbing, watersports and more.
